COMMUNICATION WITH A DEVA

This exercise should be performed in a private garden, woods, stream or bush area.

You might like to pre-record this exercise and replay it as you meditate or have it read aloud and record your channelling message. Holding your quartz crystal:

1) Relax yourself. Protect yourself in a golden auric egg of light and meditate. Mentally, ask your Angelic Guides to help you make stronger contact with them today and in the future in order to help you with your sacred geometry work.

2) Then, Begin to slowly relax your upper body.

Begin to slowly relax your head. If a muscle feels tight, tighten it further, then relax it.

Begin to slowly relax your neck. Begin to slowly relax your shoulders.

Begin to slowly relax your chest. Breathe slower and lighter.

Begin to slowly relax your back. If a muscle feels tight, tighten it further, then relax it.

Begin to slowly relax your upper arms. Begin to slowly relax your elbows.

Begin to slowly relax your hands and fingers.

Begin to slowly relax your stomach and lower back. If a muscle feels tight, tighten it further, then relax it.

Begin to slowly relax your thighs and pelvis. Begin to slowly relax your upper legs.

Begin to slowly relax your knees and lower legs. Begin to slowly relax your feet and toes.

Now allow all the stored energy in your body to drain out from your fingers and toes into space. Visualize it as a green energized light.

Relax.

Still your mind.

3) Imagine yourself in a beautiful garden with bright, sparkling, golden

lights in the air. In the garden is a bubbling stream and wonderfully, coloured bushes, flowers and trees. A great feeling of serenity and calmness surrounds you. You find a comfortable bench in the garden and sit down to relax and meditate for five minutes.

4). Ask for a Nature Deva to come forward. You might like to be specific such as Deva of the Roses, Firs, Maples etc. Say their name several times. Wait.

See and feel a beautiful Being approaching you, emanating unconditional love and warmth. Pause several minutes. You may smell a divine sweet odor of the particular plant. If the being does not feel "right" to you, send it away.

5) Look into the face of the Nature Deva, hold the Nature Deva’s hands or feel him/her embrace you, for several minutes. Some Devas however, are very shy and will keep their distance!

6) Talk to the Nature Deva and exchange names and information.

7) When your visit is finished, thank the Nature Deva and ask for future contact to be faster and more distinct.

8) When you have had enough of the experience, sit in the garden for a few minutes to refresh yourself. Then- Begin to slowly tighten your face and neck. Begin to slowly tighten your chest.

Begin to slowly tighten your back.

Begin to slowly tighten your upper arms. Begin to slowly tighten your elbows.

Begin to slowly tighten your hands and fingers.

Begin to slowly tighten your stomach and lower back. Begin to slowly tighten your thighs and pelvis.

Begin to slowly tighten your upper legs. Begin to tighten your knees and lower legs. Begin to tighten your feet and toes.

Take three deep breaths and open your eyes. Do not get up quickly! Or you may feel dizzy.

Practice this exercise if possible, once a day for one week, until you begin to see the scene more clearly.
